The stay was excellent, only issue is if you’re a light sleeper, try not to get a room facing the train tracks/station. Besides that, I’m happy with the stay. Parking spaces are sufficient, breakfast was a nice spread and the place is clean. Location wise, it’s facing a JR station and it’s also beside a good number of restaurants and a small Mitsui outlet. There was a little hiccup with faulty spotlights above the bed being unable to off, but the staffs were quick to respond in the middle of the night and covered the lights.

Love the Hotel. Easy access from the train station. Room spacious. Felt like an open space because of corner windows. Very clean. Nice staff. The breakfast was AMAZING. A lot to choose from. Always enough food. Also the snack in the evening was very nice . I would stay there any time - with love from Norway .

Amazing staff, services and amenities went above and beyond. I highly recommend adding their breakfast inclusion option to your stay, the food was as delicious as can be and there were so many options as it was buffet-style. We spent our last night here before traveling back to America. It was perfect for an evening of relaxation. They have a very nice lounge with snacks and alcohol. Outlet stores were located right by the hotel. Not a great choice if you want to go back into Tokyo given it is approx 1 hour train ride. The room and bath were the best we experienced the entire trip!
