Everything was as expected, wide and comfort rooms, good amenities, super excellent futons(gotta buy this), super kind staff, simple but firm and modern ambience whole around the hotel. With its steep price and lack of private bath somehow disappointing a bit. The Kaiseki was good, and very experimental as expected. I’d recommend the local beer in dinner. Overall, it was satisfying but could have been better with its price and small others.

Although it was a bit far from Sendai Station, it became a truly wonderful memory. The meal, the beautiful tableware, and the warm hospitality reminded me of the charm of Japanese culture. The bath was lovely, and my daughter said she would love to visit other Hoshino Resorts too.✨

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. The hot springs were wonderful and the kaiseki dinners were amazing. The hotel staff members were very accommodating and gracious when dealing with a mixup about the reservation. We enjoyed the entertainment in the lobby at night. There is a convenient bus to and from Sendai station. You can purchase roundtrip tickets when you get off the bus, for a slightly discounted price. Our room was so spacious and comfortable that I miss being there already. Highly recommend and we will be back!

It was very nice property but there only one onset facility except for the foot bath that was not covered and small… and the property only had one lounge area which serviced some rings & snacks but the lounge was too small for the amount of guess. 第一次入住星野集團，自駕遊到達門口就已經有職員出來迎接我們及拿取行李，網上購買的包裹亦一早放到我們的房間內，整體環境及景觀很舒適乾淨整潔，因為帶着小孩未能享用酒店的溫泉，所以未能評價，晚餐每天菜式都不同，我們去的時候是二月份，天氣亦不是太寒冷，房間裏只能提供暖氣未能轉做冷氣，有點侷促，只能關掉暖氣打開窗戶。 最後退房的時候，職員主動幫我們在大堂門口拍照留念，非常感謝。 另外酒店所有員工都很有善有禮和親切，會繼續入住其他星野集團酒店。
