We had a lovely stay, the environment and room were great. The extra bed was a blessing, especially when traveling with kids. Everything was good overall. However, the security instructions were very confusing, and the pool had a limited number of swimmers allowed. This was quite frustrating, especially when traveling in a large group with children.

1st-troublesome to get the access card and it doesn't work for in and out of the car park, every in out still need to queue and wait for security guard. 2nd- workers didn't changed the pillow cases and bed sheet after the previous guests checked out. hairs and stain still remained. Dirty and smelly pillow still kept inside the wardrobe.3rd-all white towels didn't clean properly, stain and yellowish patches all over the towels. 4th-No response from management staff. Only send notices before check-in and after check-out. I sincerely wish that my comments can get you some improvements.
