Very spacious and modern property. Rooms were very clean and the apartment had everything you need. There is an ironing board but no iron so would advise to take a travel iron. Shops and restaurants very near by. Perfect location right near James Street station.

Property was clean and as described. Only slight issue was I had to complete check in process twice and didn't get any confirmation it was successful. Was told would be emailed access details on morning off check-in but only got them about 40mims before check-in after I contacted them. Not a big deal, but made me nervous I hadn't checked in properly and wouldn't be able get access when arrived. Otherwise the place was clean, a few cosmetic flaws here and there and could have done with more tea towels. I would stay again and would recommend. Very close to centre of Liverpool and the shopping centre.

Excellent stay. Perfect location and so easy to contact EPIC with any queries. We were upgraded from a 2 bed apartment to a 4 bed apartment, perfect for our hen party. Apartment was spotless and very comfy beds. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will definitely be returning in the future 👍

Great apartment, everything was spotless. It was quiet even with the road outside. Plenty of space and the beds were comdy. Just a couple of things like the heating in the upstairs bedroom wouldn't turn on and the TV remote was out of battery, but I'm sure they'll be fixed, Other than that it was perfect.

We had a great stay at your property. The room set up was great with our two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the entry level so we didn’t have to carry luggage down stairs. The lower level has a kitchen, living area and half bath room. We were confused at initial entry as a block from our place also has an Epic sign. We called and got assistance in directing us to the right location. In B leaving to explore Liverpool, our door wouldn’t lock. We called and maintenance came right away to fix our door.we requested a third towel for three people as we were short and they brought it with maintenance. The heat is off when you arrive but it is easy to turn on. The place was roomy, great location, quiet, comfy beds, nice having 2 full bathrooms..

Excellent location, easy check in and out. Parking not available at property but plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk although quite expensive. Had an awful sleep as bin trucks woke the whole house at 5am due to a window that we couldnt close due to being too high up. Place overall clean but did have dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows and needs a fresh lick of paint. But bedding, Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Some mattresses ok others sunken im and uncomfortable. Amazing space spread over 3 floors but lift to flat is tiny. Says for 4 people but can really only fit 2. Has towels and few essentials like an iron, washing up liquid and small showergel and soap, plemty of kitchenware with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher and oven. Overall ok for the price but probably wouldnt stay again.
