Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It really felt like we were home away from home with the warm and welcoming customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious. The ambience is relaxing and perfect for anyone wanting to unwind relax, and connect with the beauty of nature. My family and I had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious and service was the best. Kudos to Gabrielle, isis, and Jose for being marvelous hosts.

Es un pésimo lugar ya que las instalaciones son reprobables por mencionar algunos puntos el baño en la regadera estaba tapada con mugre acumulada de muchos años y no se iba el agua de la regadera no tiene cortinas los baños se pueden asomar por fuera y verte, está infestado de insectos me salió en el baño un ciempiés en la recámara me salió una tarántula y el último día me salió un alacrán el desayuno está muy malo no tiene sabor la comida, demasiada insegura a la zona ya que no hay iluminación el aire acondicionado solamente tienes derecho unas cuantas horas y a veces ni eso el hotel vecino tiene un motor en San toda la noche y cuánto ruido no te permite dormir la ruta para llegar está muy insegura no hay camino Asfaltado pura terracería más de 15 minutos y lo más delicado es que todas las políticas a las que estás acostumbrado en materia de tele ellos no la respetan como por ejemplo los motivos de cancelación y reembolso. La puerta como tal la sierra y cualquier persona inclusive que pueda entrar por atrás del hotel se puede meter a tu cuarto. Me tuve que salir por todos los motivos y no arriesgar mi vida mi integridad mi familia mis vacaciones, no me quisieron hacer reembolso a pesar de que les evidencié con fotos todo lo que cito.
