8/10 Very good

Even though the area around it looks sketchyn(The hotel should add some plants and light, to maje it easirr to identify), with dumpsters and garbage all over, inside is very clean. AC and Internet work nicely inside the room. Also, there are snack shops nearby. The place is very close to the Quoba Walkway entrance, and as a non-muslim, I had no problems to get inside that area, and check on the restaurants nearby.

Not Bad

Unique place. There is no board outside making it a little difficult to find. Location is in a residential area which ia not very clean from outside but once you are inside, it is extremely clean and well kept. Worth the buck if you are in Madina for a quick stay.

Around 10 min walk from Masjid Nabawi. Facilities inside the property were excellent, very clean and spacious. Fridge, Kettle, AC, TV all available. The area where the hotel is located is safe but currently in need of development. However it is 1 or 2min walk from the large market area where all shops and restaurants are located.

Ar

Much value for a low budget hotel. It was fresh, great service from the staff and it’s only 10min waking to the mosque. The nearby area may be a little old and rough, but after walking of 1 min you come to the beautiful masjid quba road. It’s also quite easy to hear people outside the unit but otherwise not complains

The hotel exterior is not appealing but once you go inside it is actually clean and decent for a short stay. The rooms are very good size. Walking distance to the haram 10 - 15 minutes.

Very nice. Apartment was clean, staff was helpful. Is definitely locsted in a porr neigh orhood but a word to the western readers, poor here does not mean "sketch", or danverous at all. There are stray csts outside andnkids playing in thr dead of night. I thurrohjly enjoyed the 3rd world atmosphere that allowed me tk be inmersed in the culture of real people without feeling unsafe at all..i would bring my kids to this neighbkobood in dead of night without. Second thought.

2/10 Poor

The surrounding environment of the hotel is not suitable for anyone with families and it felt unsafe and was advised by locals that this is not a safe location nor was it clean or welcoming.never book this hotel, you will only end up regetting it. I booked alternative accomodation and was refused a refund or even communication

8/10 Very good

Pros: The property is clean and walkable to Medina. The rooms have fridge, tea kettle, nice TV good AC and good WiFi. The self check in process is simple and well described. Con: There is only enough water, paper, and coffee for 1 day. They should have enough water, toilet paper, coffee etc for multiple day trips. Also the hotel is very Loud inside; loud guests all night long and no sound proofing.

Good for the price

It was very hard to find the place. All the taxi drivers at the airport did not recognize the name of the hotel. Ultimately we found a driver who is willing to take us to the hotel using GPS. When we arrived to the hotel, there was no signs outside the hotel. It was located in a poor residential area. We asked for direction to the hotel from local people who helped us find the place. We knocked at the door and the inside looked totally different than the ouside. The inside was very clean and renovated. It seems that it is a renovated house. It has basic stuff. No food/restaurants. There are shops close by. There is no reception desk. There is one employee who seems to do it all. It is walkable distance to the haram but not very close. If you are looking for a basic place to spend the night and be able to walk to the haram, then this will work.

In general my stay was good but I faced few unpleasant incidents which caused me to give it an average rating. When I arrived in the morning I didnt know where to go because on website it says you’ll get the checkin info 24hr before arrival but unfortunately I didn’t get any email or update regarding the address/checkin despite calls and messages. When arrived 4:30 airport, was calling but no response. When I get to the destination there was no hotel name or billboard nothing to find the hotel I didn’t know where to go as it was my first time travelling Saudi Arabia for umrah purpose. I tried to call the number few times but response. Then I had problem with shower hot water but later it was fixed. Thanks for that. Overall it could have been much better but unfortunately due to lack of customer service response and help I would rate it average. Average in hope that they can improve their service in the future. Other than that, it was near masjid Nabawi nice walking distance.

Budget friendly, comfy stay in a dumpster area.

Our stay in this hotel was a mixed experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, the bathroom was just okay,it could have been better. The shower pressure was weak, and the entire bathroom was a wet room, which sometimes felt sticky and unpleasant. The building doesn’t seem to have been purpose-built as a hotel, but to be fair, the staff are doing their best to maintain it. The lobby and overall interior smelled lovely, which was a nice touch. However, one of the biggest frustrations was the entrance gate, which often didn’t work unless given a hard push. Adding to the confusion, there was no sign or board indicating that this was a hotel, making it difficult for taxis and visitors to locate. The surrounding area was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. It felt more like a scrapyard than a hotel district, with broken-down vans, abandoned cars, and large skips overflowing with rubbish right outside. Every taxi driver we met was surprised we were staying there. It’s a real shame because the hotel is only about a 12-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, but unfortunately, it happens to be in the least appealing part of the area. Overall, while the hotel itself was decent in terms of comfort and cleanliness, the location and some maintenance issues made the experience less enjoyable. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay close to the Haram and can overlook the surroundings, it’ll do the job.
Building entrance without any signs or board.

It was great experience with small room and a clean washroom, good thing was not too far fr m Haram just around 15 minutes walk, it was not hotel it's look like a small building which is newly renovated, but it's nice and clean, there is no room service, if you need anything then you have to call them, overall it's good not to bad.

Terrible Service!

The hotel is located in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. While some reviews mentioned the neighbourhood being dirty, I personally didn’t find it a major issue. It felt just as safe as other areas of Madinah. Quba Road is only a few minutes away, and there's a nice shopping area nearby where you can find reasonably priced items—just be sure to negotiate, or you may overpay. The hotel itself is clean. However, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. The manager was unfriendly and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. There was no effort to check on our comfort or needs during the stay. We booked a room for four people for six nights, but only received: 2 tea bags 2 sachets of coffee 2 towels 1 toilet roll A few bottles of water There was no cleaning service or change of bed linens during our entire stay. Unfortunately, based on the poor service and lack of basic hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel.

The property is well-furnished, tidy, and quiet. I would say the interior of the hotel is excellent, though the exterior doesn't reflect the same quality. There are also several good-value restaurants and shops nearby. Although it’s a bit far from Masjid Nabawi (about a 15-minute walk), the hotel’s pricing is good when compared to others.
