The lobby and restaurant are full of cigarettes smell from casino. I have been changed room forth times because the room is only with heaters without air conditioners at 5th floor. The staff is not professional to ask us to change rooms without checking first. We are very tired after 4 times changing rooms to get air condition room in the summer time. Room looks updated but staff is not. So, we don’t have shower gel when we enter rooms. Alsways something missing to trouble you around.
