Hung out at the Westin within walking distance for great food and beach. went for an amazing snorkel and stingray adventure from captain marvins also within walking distance. Able to stay here no car and node for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom as friends on a quick vaca. Seems like many remote workers staying for longer stays as well. Node full kitchen in room with refrigerator and freezer and bbq on Premise if you want to cook yourself as well

After a stressful trip I had to extend my stay I stood at the governors village for my second hhalf of the trip. The staff made this second half so pleasant. The security officer James was attentive and made sure I was safe. Marie was so kind and helpful. I wish I could remember I believe the managers name who took care of a small problem for me without hesitation. His name start with an E I believe. Thanks so much for all your help.

Super close to the beach! Clean and the beds were super comfortable. There’s a wonderful cafe on property. I would love to come back and stay here again!

No regrets what so ever. It was an amazing, reasonable, clean stay. Great rooms with kitchenette, pool and more. We highly recommend this plce, close to beach,local transportation to island. We enjoyed much and we will return to this same spot.

New property, clean and walkable to beach … rooms need to be supplied with more towels .. we stayed 5 nights and only had 2 towels for whole stay .. they will provide new towels but you have to pay $8 per towel which is crazy … that is really my only complaint

A very beautiful property. Was everything we needed. Bed very comfortable. Very clean. Pool area was lovely. Close to groceries and restaurants. One minute walk to beautiful spot on Governor’s beach. All staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only down side was the cafe/restaurant that was not owned by Govenors Village. The manager was very rude to us twice when just asking a question. He made it very clear they were not affiliated with the village. Ate there once but after that refused to go back.

Governors Village was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach. It’s a 1min walk to the beach and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. There’s a public bus that will bring you to Georgetown for $2!!! Hanging out at the pool is also great, where you can have food and drinks delivered or go into the a/c cafe and enjoy delicious food!! The apartments have full kitchens, there are grills available by the pool and there’s a grocery and liquor store nearby. It’s a Great Location
