I arrived at the hotel early that day, but after leaving my luggage at the check-in counter and asked the situation about the room, but I was told that the room did not have a view outside for the sake of higher neighbor building. Since it was a family trip, I paid extra to get upgraded to a room with a nice view, then I went sightseeing. But, when I returned to the hotel in the evening and checked in, I was shown to a room with a lower floor which has not good sight. No considering the fee, but just disappointed that the hotel did not keep its promises.
But, frank to say, the Japanese female staff at the check-in counter was with very good manners.
However, the two foreign-looking guys at the check-in counter (managers look-like) were rather bad.
