Beautiful Honeymoon escape

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Paros Palace for our Honeymoon. We had a Premium Suite with a private pool which really exceeded our expectations. The room was large, clean and very quiet even though we were directly above the pool area. The staff were all very friendly and the shuttle to the port was very appreciated. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot & cold options. Room service also available if required. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and are glad we ignored the, on occasion silly, reviews that preceeded our stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

The room and property were beautiful but you really need a car or quad to get around unless you use their shuttle. We liked that it was quiet and away from everything though, and we rented quads!

My wife and I stayed in the private pool suite for 5 nights and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The suite was advertised as having a private pool, but it was overlooked by the apartment directly above us, which made it feel anything but private. One evening, we also found a cockroach on our toothbrush – a very unpleasant surprise that raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Customer service was another major letdown. The person in charge was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. Other staff seemed poorly trained and struggled with even simple requests. Given the premium we paid for what was supposed to be a luxury experience, the stay fell far short of expectations. Sadly, we wouldn’t consider returning or recommending this property.

Incredible room. The pool is gorgeous and wasn’t too busy. The staff are incredible and super helpful. The food was lovely and the shuttle service was a major perk. Just a note that taxis from the town centre are unreliable as the shuttle finishes at 9:30pm but the hotel is a 15 minute walk up a hill which we did most evenings but can feel a little risky with the traffic at night. Overall highly recommend.

Overall experience was great!! The hotel is soo beautiful!!! The staff is really nice and helpful. Make sure that if you’re going to arrive late that you inform the reception. I recommend renting a car since Naoussa is about a 15 min drive and some beaches nearby are about the same. Getting taxis could be a challenge.
