Our stay was from Friday-Sunday and pretty uneventful until Sunday. On Sunday morning we went down for breakfast the pancake maker had a sign stating ingredients to make pancakes were out of stock, the yogurt machine was empty and there were no eggs. We were told that they would bring more out however several of the guest waited an extremely long extended time for that to be done long enough that many decided to give up.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk, Priyanka, informed me that the hotel had experienced a lightning strike and the computer systems were down and the elevators didn’t work. We were then informed that we were on the 4th floor… When we got to our room the A/C wasn’t working and we thought it was broke until we realized it was just not turned on. Some of the soap and shampoo dispensers weren’t filled up and there wasn’t a closet or microwave available. We understood that the lightning strike was out of their control and they also seemed understaffed. We spelt well and we were glad that the breakfast tasted good at least. However, we probably won’t return to this specific hotel in the future though.

Don’t stay here until they fix a couple of things . They say lightening struck the building a month ago so the tv won’t work , the inside pool pump is broke and cold, breakfast was low quality even though I think that had nothing to do with the lightning. Rooms wasn’t the cleanest. This the worse TRU experience I have had and they only been open for two years . Wow

The hotel it self appeared to be newer. We asked for wash cloths and hand towels and never received a response for about 3-4 hours. When staff finally responded to us, we were already in bed and was pointless. Staff said they did not have any wash cloths or hand towels. Thumbs down. Nothing was done to rectify the issues.
