Hotel 10/10 - modern, clean, good location. Staff 11/10 - The BEST staff, very kind and helpfull Breakfast 4/10 - not the best, very limited options, and some seemed old or from the day before. Rooms 10/10 - Very clean, nice and cozy. Only thing that was annoying a bit is the fan in the bathroom, but when you turn off the light in the bathroom that follows a couple of minutes after. But still very nice with a television and a mini bar/ fridge. The hotel has a restaurant as well, I did not have the chance to try it, but it was nice to have available (a bit on the pricier side compared to other restaurants in the city, but not bad) But all in all, I loved my stay here. The hotel is 10-15 min away from the centrum by car, has a supermarket right outside (open till 23 if I am not mistaken) and is in a quiet area. I can warmly recommend the hotel for your stay in Timisoara.

the room was amazing, spotless clean and super spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a lovely mediteranean vibe and ample parling at the rear. Really enjoyed my stay. The only unexpected thing was the lack of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, there was only body wash available. which I communicated to reception so hopefully they will fix this.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating. I arrived early, and the hotel was full. The receptionist contacted housekeeping who ensured my room was first on the list to be cleaned. They invited me to have lunch in the restaurant and also stored my luggage during that time. The food throughout my stay, especially the minestrone soup and mushroom risotto was excellent as well as the complimentary house made tiramisu. The only thing I would say about the restaurant that could have been better was staffing in the evenings when they were extremely busy. There was a large group of gymnasts staying in the hotel who ate in the restaurant every evening. They had standing reservations, so more staffing could have been planned in advance. There was enough of the gymnasts that they had to be seated during two separate time-slots and took up almost the whole of the restaurant. There was only one waiter during the evenings when there should have been at least two. It was the same gentleman both nights, and he was very nice. However, he was overworked and clearly stressed. Although, he still gave service with a smile. I would 100% stay again.

Good one!

A great new hotel with friendly staff. A great room, good bed, nice towels and bed sheets. The only two things that could be better is the curtains that could be thicker so it would block the light better and also a bit more variety of breakfast options.
