This place was prefect for our weekend getaway. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was wonderful. We were close to everything on south beach. We had no problems at all. Highly recommend.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The check in system is entirely online. There is no front desk reception to help you should you face issues like I did when I tried completing my online check in. In addition to the horrendous online check in, there was no WiFi in the hotel, no daily housekeeping and half of the plugs in the hotel room didn’t work. An overall bad experience for what I would expect from a roadside rural motel.

The location was absolutely amazing for the price. My only complaint is that I think the room and terrace is in need of a deep cleaning and fresh paint. They were accommodating by honoring my request to leave extra towels .Take air freshener an Lysol spray just to freshen the room( I did and it made my stay more comfortable) Its an older building so the smell is be expected.

The price somewhat compensated for the properties deficincies. Miami had a few cold spells and there was no heat in the rooms. Many of the windows shades were broken and the room was on the ground floor. There is no housekeeping during your stay - you can ask for change of towels. However, they should at least change the sheets every 3rd day. There is a shared microwave in the lobby, none in the room. The staff were generally nice.

The location is great, two blocks off the beach, with a CVS accross the street and restaurants in all directions. There is no front desk agent, so check in and check out are through a website, which is nice but i would prefer a human in there. Overall it was a pretty good hotel for the price, would stay again 👍
