The staff were polite but not more, the breakfast was adequate but the bed was uncomfortable, the king size bed had one doona, but it was too small for the bed. One side of the mattress had collapsed a bit so I tended to slide out, on second night I propped it up with a pillow. Bad pillows, virtually flat. The building was charming but the room was a little dated.
