The room was dirty, my toilet smelled so strongly of curry I was almost sick evey time I entered. Yhr smell was emanating from the many fist sized holes in the walls and from the indian restaurant few floors below. Now all my clothes have been infused too. The staff was easily the rudest I have seen in my frequent travelling life. With approx 50hotel nights a year for the past several decades this is easily the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Well worth the soviet era experince if you did not get a trip in before the wall fell!

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Nürnberg pero las instalaciones son muy viejas y las camas no son cómodas. Se escucha mucho ruido en el pasillo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y muy simples. Es un hotel que puedo recomendar para pasar la noche pero no tiene amenidades. El desayuno muy básico. En cuanto a calidad precio es muy caro para lo que ofrece.

”Kaupunkihuone” tarkoitti lähinnä kapeaa käytävää wc:llä ja parhaat päivänsä nähneellä suihkukaapilla. Kokolattiamaton siisteys jätti paljon toivomisen varas. Siivousta ei ilmeisesti kuulunut koko viikon aikana, pyyhkeet tosin vaihdettiin puolessa välissä. Henkilökuntapariskunnan ystävällisyys ja palvelualttius lievensi hotellin puutteita.

Im Grunde ein schönes 50/60er Jahr Gebäude, aber seit damals wurde auch nix gemacht. Die Zimmer haben keine Toiletten, manche nicht mal eine Dusche und die restliche Ausstattung ist billigst aus einem DDR-Fundus.

Une honte ! Le plus horrible des hotels de toute ma vie. Sale, mauvaise odeurs et le comble : pas de douche ! Ni dans la chambre ni de douche commune. Comment passer 4 nuits dans un hotel sans se doucher. Je regrette fortement que hotel.com cautionne ce genre d'arnaque. 15 ans que je reserve mes hotel avec la plateforme, c'est aujourd'hui terminé! Il n'ont rien fait pour m'aider a part me faire attendre 2H au telephone. Pour hotel.com louer une chambre sans pouvoir se laver est normal, j'aurai du verifier que la douce n'etait pas marqué. Attention lors de vos reservations qu'il y ai bien douche, lit, matelas, porte, fenetre marqué sur l'annonce pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises !
Voila où le receptioniste m'a demandé de me laver pendant 4 jours.
Lit, moquette, couloir, tout etait très sale.

Das Zimmer war leider das Geld nicht wert. Der Fernseher ging zwar an aber ohne Programm und das Kabel für den Strom musste in eine Steckdose geführt werden, die neben einem Waschbecken lag. Die Dusche lies sich nicht auf Brause stellen, so dass im Knien die Haare gewaschen werden mussten. Also ich kann das ganz und gar nicht weiter empfehlen!!!

It was all self check in process and simple. The only complaint I had was the outside noise. My last night there I had a difficult time sleeping due to partygoers staying out very late and it was between 2:00-4:00am. Maybe there needs to be some curfew or basically if there is a bar nearby they eneed to close it up for the night and stop blaring the music. Others are trying to sleep. I went during Christmas season and the markets closed up early by 9. Why can’t other businesses do the same? If it hadn’t been for the noise outside I’d given it a 5.

This is a very basic hotel. My room had a single bed, a desk ,a chair, a sink, and a closet. There was a shared WC across the hall. There was no shower on my floor. The hotel was clean. There is a reception desk with limited hours. You can also check in using an electronic kiosk located in the entranceway. Once your reservation is confirmed you receive a code to unlock your room door. My room faced the street which was very noisy at night.

SCAM HOTEL!! AVOID! CHECK TRIP ADVISOR. Booked a DOUBLE room for 2 adults with ensuite. And was given a grotty SINGLE bed room with nothing in the room but a SINGLE bed and a sink!!! Not interested in admitting a mistake. Played the cant speak english card!!! So ended up going to another hotel down the road!!! Will not refund!! Am now going to my bank to get a charge back!! ABSOLUTE SCAM AND A DISGUSTING PLACE!! Avoid!!! Should of checked trip advisor myself first!!!
