The most terrible experience in my entire life. It is an apartment building with lots of Indian residences. Corkroachs were found everyday inside the room. The sound insulation is extremely suck and many noice from same and up floor. I request for hair dryer and toilet paper but they gave me 3 days after. My trip was 7 nights in this so called “Upscale Apartment” but end up I cancelled after the 3rd night. The apartment owner refused to refund my remaining nights and I found out from google the same issue happened before. I told him I will report to local police, Consumer Right that he ruined the image of Dubai tourism. Finally he agreed to refund and I hope there will be no more victim. My last comment is Hotel.com should carefully select their partner on their website.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had in Dubai. Please do NOT book this place. My stay at Upscale Apartment at Oval Tower Near Downtown with Balcony and Parking by Belvilla was honestly awful. I still can’t understand how this place is even being rented out. The problems started the moment I arrived. There is no proper reception, and the people who were there had absolutely no idea that I was supposed to check in. No welcome, no instructions, nothing. You’re completely on your own. The smell around the building is unbearable. Right in front of the entrance there’s an Indian street-food tent that constantly fries food, and the smell is everywhere outside, inside the lobby, and even near the elevators. It’s genuinely nauseating. The elevators are a nightmare. During busy hours you can easily wait up to 10 minutes before you can even get inside. And when the doors finally open, you’re squeezed in with a large group of people. It feels chaotic, overcrowded, and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I also have to be honest about the residents. A lot of the building’s residents are from the lower-income segment. Many are unkempt and the smell inside the elevator and hallways is very unpleasant. It does not feel clean or comfortable at all. The 13th floor, where my apartment was located, was even worse. There was a constant strong smell of Indian cooking throughout the entire floor. It even drifted into the apartment. And the apartment itself… the biggest disappointment.
