Great property however be aware not a hotel, be sure you have check in instructions prior to arrival as the office is closed and it is NOT a hotel. I stated there were three of us that would be in the room which is why I booked the room with a pull out couch. The couch did not seem to pull out. When we did pull out the couch cushions is was gross and looked like it had not been cleaned. The tv in the living room was not working along with some lights. We needed to check out early (6am) and didn't realize the office didn't open until 9am. The parking and elevators were also a nightmare to figure out but we eventually did.

Great location to use 'da bus' route 20 or 42 from North King street to Waikiki, and Pearl Harbour/airport route 20 from Beretania Street. 7/11 downstairs for drinks and snacks, and for weekly bus pass...about $3 a day unlimited trips on 7 day pass ! Great Chicago bar and eats 'The Nighthawk' amazingly cheap and freindly 5 min walk...Huge rooms with all amenities for extended stays...go to 5th floor and reception will give you whatever you need. Would stay again next time we go to Honolulu...much cheaper than Waikiki if you want to chill and use 'da bus' to get to the tourist spots. Great value for money...
