This hotel should not have this high of a rating. It is very basic: no minibar, pool or gym, and thin blankets so that you would not use the a/c. The soundproofing is not good. You will suffer from the street noise unless you get a quiet room. Even then, the room is far from silent. Breakfast was good enough. Location is ok, the shopping mall iguatemi is closeby with uber. Staff was friendly.

Ambiente novo e limpo. Na recepção tem uma lojinha de conveniência que tem de salgadinhos a absorventes. Todos os funcionários que tive contato foram simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo e possui um bom tamanho; possui cabideiro, espaço pra mala grande e um frigobar que realmente gela! A cama de casal possui um bom tamanho e bom conforto. Minha esposa sentiu falta de um secador, mas não perguntamos na recepção se tinha algum disponível. O banheiro simples, mas espaçoso, limpo e funcional. A localização é relativamente boa com supermercado, padaria e farmácia a 10-15 minutos de caminhada. Possui alguns shoppings e parque próximos e usando transporte de aplicativo para estes lugares além das praias e aeroporto o valor da viagem ficou sempre numa faixa entre R$ 15 e R$ 35. Às vezes à noite tem um barulho de veículos e buzinas, mas no geral é calmo e da pra dormir tranquilamente. O café da manhã possui uma boa variedade entre frutas e itens doces e salgados além de see possível pedir algumas coisas, como tapiocas diretamente na cozinha.

O Hotel é padrão semelhante ao Ibis. Apesar de afastado da zona turística, é muito bem localizado na cidade. Suas instalações são novas, cama confortável e banheiro funcional. Café da manhã tem qualidade. Peca pelo isolamento acústico: se você quiser acordar tarde, terá um problema. Tanto o barulho do fluxo de trânsito quanto o barulho interno do hotel são ouvidos de forma cristalina. As toalhas de banho poderiam ter uma melhor qualidade.
