I was treated very badly by front desk staff early morning upon check in. The woman took my card and ID, made me think I was checked in. Then told us to leave our bags and go eat breakfast first. We ate, came back downstairs to get our room key and bags. No room ready. We patiently waited, agreed to pay any extra fee’s because we were there before 4pm (which is crazy). Hours passed, still no acknowledgement from staff. I ask what’s going on she tells us the room will be ready shortly, then rudely asks us to wait away from her upstairs in bar. We keep checking in, still no room. We watched the 2 employees call in others who came after us. Telling them their room is ready! Around 4:10pm they check in other guests before us! At this point we waited 8 hours for our room. Insane! Finally they check us in. We ask to speak to a manager. They lie and say the girl who was rude is new. How does that fix anything? When entering the room, we have hair in shower and stained pillow cases. 8 hour wait, when promised our room was ready, then a dirty room. Unacceptable! I’m still waiting for acknowledgment from my report to management. Nothing! I will not be booking here again. Nor will any of my clients or the agencies connected to us. Throughout my stay we heard the same lies to new guests about rooms being unavailable and upset people sitting in the lobby past check in time. Don’t book here! You won’t have a clean room ready.
