This was a beautiful find of a property. Has a smaller reception space that opens to a beautiful outdoor patio space. It is very centrally located (5 minutes walk from Spanish steps, 12 minutes from Trevi Fountain, and 30 minutes from the Colosseum and Vatican City). The surrounding shops are designers and loads of restaurants in a block radius. Such a great price for the location. In most other cities, this would be ~$300-$400 a night. Was newly opened and such a beautiful remodel/build. I hope they keep the same level of cleanliness, service, and pricing. Such a great find indeed. I feel in love with Rome and am looking to come back to stay in this property or one of their others (if its about the same price and location). Also, was able to communicate with the receptionist via WhatsApp which was helpful.

Great location, and cute place… but just needs some extras in service. -Took 30mins for someone to meet us on arrival, not happy when you’ve been travelling for 24hrs and preordered a time slot. So standing out on the streets. - no soap in the shower - they don’t provide shampoo/conditioner or milk for the complimentary tea/coffee in your room - thin walls so you can hear what your neighbour is up too - icing on the cake was the ant problem in our room, which got into our suitcase 😡 They didn’t really seem to care about the service and definitely not apologetic. They must run a few accommodation locations around the area, as reception is not maned during the hours they state, instead they are running in and out from one place to another.

Never any staff around or available and awful customer service. Got locked out of our room and called to speak to manager and she said something in Italian that we didn’t understand and then called me an idiot and laughed whilst I was crying. Was locked out of the room all night and only got back in because we happened to find a spare key in reception. Had no contact all night, she was dodging calls from us and other residents staying at the hotel and even the police tried to help us with making contact. Very unsafe place to stay.
