Left much to be desired. Did not seem properly cleaned. Could hear someone's sensitive banking info on a phone call as I arrived. Was woken up multiple times over my stay by a blaring TV and 30 mins of a drunk woman slamming her door across the hall. I would stay at one of the nicer properties of honestly anywhere else If I were you!

Amazing views! Love this place!

Stay was amazing! Bed was super comfy and the natural light from the beautiful windows was stunning. We had a question and Theresa answers the phone right away and assisted us. I will definitely be back!

This city sleeps in, so you should also!

What a gem in this quaint town. We were able to park right next to our room. We had many dining options. The decor was well designed and the amenities were great. It was winter, so the upstairs bar and roof were closed, but it looked fun. This city sleeps in in late March, so you should also. We were able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. The local grocery store is also up the street. The staff were great at communicating, and we met one of the managers who made sure we found everything in order.

Smells horrible! See other reviews!

Be aware of #6! I can't speak for the others, however number 6 has an absolute horrid smell. This is echoed by other reviews as well. We did not stay, left immediately after opening the door, and fought for hours for any type of refund. Despite not staying, not disturbing the room, and notifying the staff immediately at 3pm (their check in time), I was given a 50% refund. BEWARE! And it's a bummer too. It's a beautiful town, and incidents like this only hurt tourism, something I'm sure all business owners in the area depend on.

Last minute stay

Went to Ouray for the Wine Festival at the last moment. Most rooms were very pricey, but the Imogene was very reasonable, centrally located and had great reviews. The room did not disappoint, very comfortable, efficient, clean and had a large bathroom. Management was very responsive and provided our entry codes in a very timely manner. Near restaurants and shopping. Only complaint, could hear the plumbing of adjacent rooms, but was a minimal annoyance. Love the place and will be back.

A unique property for us. A small local motel in town was very convenient to get around. Our room was upstairs above the Thai restaurant and once they closed for the evening it was quiet. The parking was a bit of a pain. You can't park next to the building. It isn't clear where on the road you can park overnight. The roof top restaurant was not open this time of year which was good for us. I can imagine you would hear it when it is open. The outside stairs up to the room would be difficult for our special-needs son to navigate but he wasn't with us this trip. Just something to be aware of if that is a need. The town in general did not have much open the last weekend of December. That was disappointing but didn't change our plans.

The room we had reserved was not ready when we arrived as it had not been cleaned. We were directed to a different room but as an operator this should not have happened as it was not a good impression as the customer. The town of Ouray was very quaint and was really enjoyable. We followed our stay up with a drive thru the Million $ Hwy. it was amazing during this time of year with the snow

Neat concept hotel with a great location. Kind of a cross between feeling like a hotel and an airbnb. Room was beautiful with an exceptional view. Only complaint is the bathroom is only supplied with 2 towels and at night there’s a decent smell of the Thai restaurant downstairs.
