WOW is how i would describe Min y Don. On arrival we were greeted by Teresa who took us up to our lovely room with fantastic view of the sea and promenade. My wife had a problem with her neck and I went to ask if the owners had a hot water bottle and was told they would try and find one. Unbelievably Teresa had gone to the shops to buy one for us to use, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. The breakfast in the mornings were excellent and the choice was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back when we revisit Llandudno

Outstanding venue, reflected by the many 10/10 reviews given. Rhein & Theresa were excellent hosts, and helpful guides on local walks, restaurants and places to visit. Rooms were like new. Good selection of breakfast options, and cooked to perfection every one of our 5 days (especially the full breakfasts and omelette, and piping hot). The free parking was a bonus and hassle free. Great views over the pier, and bay. Ideal location to walk around (5.5 miles) + over the Great Orme (4 miles, summit and back)... as well as to the Little Orm (4 miles), plus western beaches (<1 mile). Llandudno is also a lovely Victorian town, clean with an outstanding array of restaurants and shops.

Spent an amazing week at the Min y Don, Llandudno. Location on the seafront was perfect, the room was amazing and onsite parking a big plus. Rhein and Teresa were amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and the home made veggie sausages were so tasty, we've taken the receipe home with us. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

We stayed in room 101 with excellent sea view. Clean modern well furnished, excellent en suite good room size, well positioned plugs and usb's wood flooring. Hosts came out to greet us on arrival, well explained about facilities Absolutely excellent breakfast. They should be proud of the standard they have achieved with refurbishment and ongoing. This is much better than so looked 4 star chain hotels we have stayed in. I don't normal bother writing review but this is worth my time and I can recommend it. We are looking to stay again. Keep up the excellent work. Nigel and June Riding.

The hosts are absolutely wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is the best we have ever had! The room was spacious spotlessly clean comfortable bed huge TV and fabulous view. Fantastic stay in Wales!

We traveled from northern Wales to London over 10 days and this was our favorite stop and bnb. Teresa and Rhein were the best hosts! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. We are already planning our next trip to just stay in Wales.

highly Recommend

A Very Friendly and welcoming reception from the owners, Makes it a home from home feeling. The room was clean and very spacious, lots of cupboard space and bins and towels changed every day if needed, tea and coffee provided in room, a good firm mattress. Great view from our window, easy to get to and from with parking and Dog friendly. Breakfast was of high standard Cooked on your order time, nothing to much trouble.

Excellent waterfront location. Fantastic room with all amenities, very clean, luxurious finishes, attention to detail and fantastic views. The owners are a lovely couple who helped us with advice on planning our itinerary. Breakfast was a grand affair with lots of choice including full English, vegetarian, smoked salmon PLUS cereals, fresh fruits, fresh pastries. We loved this guest house. We cannot fault the service we received. We highly recommend it and will definitely go back !
