We went to our nephew Senior football game at Five Star Stadium. Homewood was right in the neighborhood. The hotel was clean, and the room was amazing. It was set up for a couple the live there a week. Full kitchen, plenty of closet space, great breakfast, nice gym and pool, grills outside.

Comfortable, Clean and Friendly

Parking was readily available and very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, it also smelled nice which is a big plus. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. The shower always had hot water and the water pressure was great. The breakfast selections were varied and delicious; I particularly liked the breakfast burrito bar. They had a rotation of two different proteins each morning and they were all very good. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; huge shout out to Kaden who burns the midnight oil here. He was very hospitable during our very late check-in. Also a big thanks to Diana who answered all of our questions/requests with kindness. The location is incredibly convenient, near the highway but not on the highway, in an area that doesn’t get too much traffic. It has a lot of walkable food options nearby, which is nice. All in all, this was a really fantastic place to spend our time in Thornton.
Bacon was one of the rotating proteins
Breakfast from the burrito bar, they have tortillas, I just didn’t have them .

Bait and switch

I booked this room specifically to take my granddaughter swimming and the pool pictures were perfect. When we arrived we were notified that the pool and hot tub were not open for use. I think we should have gotten some kind of compensation for this big disappointment!

AC was going out in living room area, but bedroom had AC, staff offered to move us to a new room, but we were already unpacked and so sore from moving out of house all day we just decided to stay. The staff fixed the AC right away in the morning. Happy with staff and their willingness to try and work things out for us.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at! The rooms are set up perfectly for couples or families. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever seen. We will forever be staying at Homewood suites from this point forward!

The hotel was good. The issue was on the day we arrived, there was no hot water at all for 24 hours. We understand that things can break. The problem was that none of the guests were warned. That was unacceptable. We spoke to the front desk the following morning regarding this and they said they were told as the night management left. We all were freezing from the surprise showers. Many guests were complaining. No other issue.

Okay - men mangler Hilton standard i service

Fint og stort værelse. Dejligt med køkken. Morgenmad var okay (manglede dog bacon) - placeringen var fin ifht outlet og spisemuligheder. Badeværelse lå op ad seng uden dør, kun dør til toilet. Lidt øv når hvis man skal på toilettet om natten. Airconditioner larmede selvom vi slukkede for den? Vores rating trækkes ned af st personalet ikke var super serviceminded, rengøringen kom kl 10 og bankede på og spurgte om De kunne gøre rent, til trods for vi kunne tjekke ud indtil kl 11.00 - så følte vi blev ‘smidt ud’. Der var dog hende i receptionen tirsdag morgen da vi tjekkede ud. Hun var sød og smilende.
