Family Vacation

Positives: Accommodated our large family (4 kids) Good for relaxing vacation Food quality was decent Water in pools was comfortable Room service option was great when needed Towel service (number of towels, availability of towels was amazing) Ambience was great Hotel is not crowded, it was busy in areas when we wanted to be around people and always easy to find a quiet area Bathrooms (public) were nice and always clean Negatives: Charged for missing all inclusive braclets as we were grabbing taxi to airport ($65 USD per rope Braclet!). I’d suggest taking them off at the beginning of the trip, and having them ready for checkout. No one asked for them, they’re scratchy rope braclets. All food options were menu order-nothing quick. Having snack options, especially with kids, would have been great Entertainment was at the other resort, and didn’t start until 9pm. order accuracy was poor at the beach club, we waited almost 3 hours the one night we ate supper there, and didn’t get the food. The check in process sucked. Two hours waiting for two people to run us through the hotel process, and try to convince us to do a time share presentation. The activities (sales) desk were obviously conflicted (incentivized). They were the first people you saw on/off the elevator. And any questions would lead to sales pitches on time share purchase.

Super clean and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The food in all the restaurants was outstanding. By far the best Mexico experience we had. The only improvement that could be made is to make the jacuzzis available to kids because you can’t use the jacuzzi if you have to leave your kid unattended elsewhere.

Loved the location! EVERYONE was so nice. Our poolside server was amazing! Remembered our drinks all day-twice! Service at the rooftop restaurant was awesome!! Betty the massage therapist was the best!!! Room was huge. Private pool was a nice bonus as well.

Review for Marival Distinct, Puerto Vallarta – 4 out of 5 Stars Overall, it was a delightful experience. While the check-in and check-out process was a bit slow due to ongoing construction, the staff was incredibly friendly. The accommodations were impressive and truly met expectations for this price point. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the ocean. The food was enjoyable, with a variety of dining options available on-site. However, I would recommend venturing outside the resort to explore local eateries, especially if your stay extends beyond four nights. While the on-site dining is solid, trying different menus can add some much-needed variety. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the dining, pool and beach staff, everyone was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While there are many other options in the area, I would definitely consider returning to for another stay. It was a relaxing getaway with excellent service and quality accommodations made it a memorable trip.

For a all inclusive it is a good property,not to large quieter than most all inclusive with know loud music playing all day and the food was above average for a all inclusive

Nov ‘24 there is construction of the main lobby; check in happens in little room to the side and gets terribly crowded. There are very few restaurants but the biggest inconvenience is that the hotel is NOT ON THE BEACH, it takes a long walk to get to the beach assigned to the property.

Property was under construction during our stay and we weren’t told or notified about it before our trip or during booking. we also weren’t told about shuttles to nearby partner resorts for more things to do

Muy buen servicio lo único que puedo comentar es que al ir a la playa quieren rentar hasta los camastros cuando deben incluirlo en el pago que hace uno para el hotel ( No digo las cabinas donde están camastros privados ) los que están por fuera está un área que dicen que solo es con una renta de $3000 se me hace un precio muy abusivo
