MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. For the upscale layout of the property and inside of the rooms they provided DIRTY TOWELS. The one that was rolled up neatly on the bathroom sink looked like somebody wiped of the bottom of their shoes with it!
Then to add insult to injury, for my ENTIRE stay the guests above my room stomped all day into the night! And to top all of that off; I went out to get my delivery (food) one night, only to go BACK to my room and have my keycard not work. Luckily, I had put on my gore-tex coat, wool hat, and my Timbs, because I had to walk to the Candlewood Suites next door to have them call the "after hours" number so I could get in my room! YEAH. Their lobby CLOSES at 20:00 hours and obviously, I didn't think I would need my phone. Then when the employee met me back in the Stay lobby, I showed him my keycard WORKED to let me into the courtyard AND the weight room, but not; MY room! The best thing about that place was the heat worked excellent in that room. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
