Everything was good — friendly, helpful staff, clean, everything worked, comfortable enough. Good value. Good location for business or medical trip.

The bed was comfortable but the room key had to be reset multiple times I couldn’t get into the room and o e front desk clerk didn’t know how to set the keys. Also I work nightshift after getting off one morning I went in to go to sleep. The smoke detector alarm went off for hours and I could not sleep. It was horrible.

Not my favorite
I was disappointed with this hotel. But that may have been my fault. I was expecting g a hotel and got instead a long term stay type of place. It seemed clean, but felt dirty. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'm used to. Amenities were available but you had to go down to the desk and ask for them ( only 2 pillows on a queen bed, one towel and one washcloth per person etc). When our toilet broke at 11pm and they couldn't fix it and there were no other rooms a aila le, we decided to go to a holiday inn
The front desk people were amazing and tried their best to make things right

Chris & Sherry the manager were the best of everyone. Nobody is friendly except for Chris and Sherry the manager. And the rest of them seemed very disinterested but Chris was very interested in creating an environment of great service. Sherry called me up as soon as she got word the accessible room I accidentally had chosen via Expedia, was under maitenance. Sherry seems like the type of leader who treats her team fairly, so the others need to get it goer her with seeming like they want to have great customer service, or don’t work there.
