Horrible Place , Very Misleading Info

This place is awful 😔. The room looked clean. It wasn't. The floors were so nasty the floor mat was black after baby bath. No stove top in suite. Fridge took 2 days to get cold. Crack heads and meth heads hanging out. Staff and Management know exactly what's going on out there. Do Not Go Here. And my baby was bitten by spider. Hole in walls, burnt blankets but non smoking room.

The worst of the worst

This is the worst of all the hotels I have stayed at. The floors made bottom of our feet black with dirt. One of the beds was squeaky so we told the manager. They claimed they were booked so he came to try and fix it. They were not book the entire bottom level on our side and our level was empty. We were only car parked on our side. The manager could not fix it and walked out rudely stating all the other beds were like that even though the other one wasn't. They were to come and mop the floor the next morning where I specifically said after 11am. Instead they callme on the phone at 10 am and if I couldnt have it done then, i would have to wait until tomorrow. Oh and I showed the manager all the stink bugs lying dead on the window sill and claimed there is nothing to be done they are everywhere. So when I find a dead cockroack, I go to the office and tell him that and we will clean the floors so they dont wake us up again. He just looked at me not once apologizing. Also, there were 3 of us, one roll of toilet paper, 2 bath towels, and they have dispensers on the wall and tub for shampoo, soaps. The 2 soaps were empty. The beds were uncomfortable and the room did not have a stove as advertised. And only one small garbage can. We constantly had to ask for garbage bags and toilet paper. The location is sketchy, peplople dont clean up after their dogs, the grounds are full of trash and the entire atmosphere is cobducive to illicit activites. I would stay away.

I drove from Anderson because there were no rooms available in the aftermath of Helene only to find that the hotel had no power. Of course, I had no interest in staying there without power. The clerk asked my name and he cancelled my reservation and told me that Expedia would provide a refund since they did not have power. I went onto the Expedia app and it said to contact the hotel regarding any refund questions and allow a couple days for a response. It has been five days and I have not yet received a response.

Terrible owners!!!! I stayed over a month with my children and I spent over 1 hour past checkout time cleaning my room. They told me I wouldn’t get my deposit back because it took them 3 hours to clean and they had to throw bedding away! Bedding can be washed! I swept, mopped, wiped off everything, made the beds, cleaned the fridge out. For me to have been there for a month and them blatantly keep my deposit for the heck of it- not professional and I was actually liking this hotel because it is nice, it has a big countertop but very smal on the inside. Just be mindful about your deposit here. No matter how much you clean, they WILL KEEP UR $100!!!!

Was a good stay - the renovated suites are pretty solid - real clean and everything is fresh. Having the bigger fridge and multiple sinks was convenient and nice for a long stay. The people around are friendly, but did have an occurence where a random girl just kind of came knocking on our door accusing us of stealing from her when we actually helped her out - she wasnt all there, but not really holding that against the place - just seemed like she was kind of known around there and it was weird no one did anything about her knocking on peoples doors...but other than that it was a good quiet stay with a lot to do around and real close to Greenville!

Clean and roomy

The room was nice and clean, it was very comfortable and bigger than I thought it would be. I traveled with a dog. Lots of parking and inside the rooms it was nice and quiet. There was anther guest who made me feel a bit unsafe and uneasy while I was trying to take my dog outside and pack up.
