Service et qualité médiocre, à éviter

Presque tout va mal dans cet hotêl qui n'a rien d'un hotêl tant le service est inexistant. Nous n'avons eu aucun service de chambre. On a même refusé de nous donner des serviettes propres (celles dans la chambre à notre arrivée étaient sales). A l'arrivée, il a fallu insister pour qu'ils nous donnent une chambre alors que celle-ci avait déjà été payé sur internet. La chambre avait la porte principale cassée et une forte odeur de cigarette. Pas d'eau froide au lavabo, un meuble vasque qui est à 2 doigts de tomber par terre, des traces de moisissures au plafond, la liste est longue ... La restauration est correcte, sans plus, mais un DJ anime le repas avec un niveau sonore pas du tout adapté, impossible de s'entendre parler.

Dès mon arrivée une incompétence de la part du personnel . Ils ne savent pas se que sais une réservation sur votre site et ne comprenne rien .on nous prends nos pièce d’identité. La chambre les toilette pas faites . J’ai du demander à la femme de chambre l’intervenir . La chasse d’eau hs . Des fourmis sur les murs . Pour la demi pension on me demande un bon qui n’a pas été fourni par la réception de l’hôtel . À chaque changement d’équipe on me demande dans quelle chambre je suis . La chose positive la vue sur mer de la chambre . Chambre grande ! Et bien sûr le wifi ne fonctionne pas ! La piscine était vide et 17 h . Sais vraiment dommage car sais un très belle endroit pour passer des vacances en famille .
