I would not recommend staying here. Upon checking in, we turn the corner to head to our unit, and another couple informed us they had been locked out, the code they were provided was wrong and it was their 3rd try to enter the unit. We go to check into our unit; exact same thing happens to us. Why you're provided the wrong code to check in? Who knows - and there's no onsite staff, and the staff will only communicate with you via text message.
Before arriving, I had read other reviews, which mostly complained about how dirty the blankets were. Thank goodness we brought our own, because the same was true for us. There's in unit washer and dryers. Why aren't they washing the blankets? Underneath the blankets was nasty as well.
The cherry on top is that they essentially make you beg for your security deposit back. That you have to pay OVER THE PHONE. After 2-3 reminders asking where it was, they finally sent it back to me. I don't understand why they don't do a 'hold' charge, but instead, they remove the money from your account and make you wait for them refund it. This whole place is sketchy and in a bad area.
