The free breakfast every morning was outstanding! It’s in the heart of the old quarter so it’s easy to walk to things. The best part is the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Five Star Service on a 3 Star budget

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Rooms are immaculate and modern, small, but have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious and extensive menu. Range of onsite meal / drinks options. Location is central and easy to walk to any location in the old district. Staff are amazing and there to assist before you know you need assistance; this was one of several hotels we stayed at during out visit to Vietnam and is easily the best - we will use it again and recommend it to anyone. If you have the budget, book the bigger rooms.
