Male front desk staff was very rude when asked to call a cab. Seems service levels completely drop once you check out. Rooms were old, full of dust (especially under the beds) and in need of repair. Bath water never drained and our window nearly fell off it's screws. Hotel is cheap, but I'd rather go elsewhere next time. Daily breakfast was decent though and the hotel is conveniently located near Kamata station with many shops and restaurants around.

The location is grate is really close by to Kamata station, also close to shopping center with donijote and several restaurants, it is 15 min away from the kamata kekiu (airport line). It does not have a ramp to access the lobby of the hotel you have to go out and down some steps so it is not accessible for wheelchairs and if you have luggage it’s a small hassle. The bed is hard, but the room is very spacious in comparison to most hotels. It’s ok for a short stay.
