Great room for the price with minor flaws

Airbnb style with overarching property management. Overall it was a great stay especially for the price. However, there was slight flooding on the bathroom floor, I don't know if it was from the toilet or from the shower curtain dripping.

Beautiful Whistler

We really enjoyed staying at Whistler. We were there for 3 nights. The resort was very quiet due to the change of seasons. Great location but not quite sure why I could'nt pay for parking at the front desk. Maintenance on plumbing while we were there and couldn't use taps or toilets from 9am - 3pm was a bit of an inconvenience. Only found out by reading a small notice in the elevator.

Everything was ok for us except for most of the cleaning staff are not “friendly enough” to greet us. Please take this as a constructive criticism. I used to work at hotel too and we are always reminded to smile and greet the guests. Thanks.

Property a little dated. Rug seemed dirty. Room itself was functional and fine. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen useful. Nice pool but frankly cold to swim since it’s an outdoor pool. Excellent proximity to shuttle bus to slopes or you can walk seven minutes to the gondola. it was really convenient, nice and pleasant.

So great that we added another day!

We really enjoyed our stay here, they have the biggest pool out of all the places that I've stayed in Whistler, and there are not one but TWO hot tubs! Even if one is under maintenance, the other one is working. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. My favourite part was having tea while looking out the window in the morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by another day! Will definitely be back again. :)

It was out first time and was there only for a night.The fan was on all night and was loud. The wall hanging hook in tue bedroom fell soon as something was hang on it. Thanks to the fast response from housekeeping. For the property owner, it is a bit petty for them not to provide cable channels given the nightly price they charge. We could not watch news or any sports during our stay.we went to sleep instead but the fan was too loud!
