An excellent base for exploring Mexico City

Stayed here for five days while visiting Mexico City and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. It was well-located, had good self-catering facilities including refrigerator and kitchen equipment, clean bathroom and shower, and a good terrace/balcony for communal use on the top floor. There are also lots of good cafes and grocery options within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to be aware of is that some of noise from the nearby busy highway can be heard (our apartment was in that direction), but not all apartments face that way and it isn't a massive problem unless you're a light sleeper.

The property was lovely and very central for walking around and exploring. The bed was super cosy, always hot water with a well set up kitchen. The staff were friendly and our stay was wonderful. The only downside was that we had to take out our own garbage and clean as it’s not a hotel. A broom and dustpan would have been useful. Overall I’d give it 9/10.

The suites were very comfortable & nice to have a separate bedroom with a balcony. A small repair of balcony door locks in 2 of our 3 rooms was needed and 1 shower head & shower door. Kitchen with table comfortable chairs & comfy couch was appreciated! Kitchen was equipped wIth most of what you needed. Hall lights were motion activated. Nice artwork on the walls & handy elevator. Lovely rooftop lounge & gym with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. Friendly staff. We enjoyed this location for its walk ability & closeness to Chapultepec Park. Really safe neighborhood! Our contact person was very kind & helpful, whatever you needed she came thru!! I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation!! Thx for making our week so fun & enjoyable!!

Dark, unwelcoming and not safe

Very disappointing and not safe ! To avoid. No autonomy to enter the building. I came back at 1.30AM and nobody opened me the door (despite ringing the reception 5 to 6 times) or answered my calls (I called the person in charge, Astrid 4 times without any answer). Luckily, I was able to go to sleep at a friend’s house but I have sent an email and contacted the person in charge (Astrid) who has still not answered 24 hours later at the moment of my review. A clear lack of serious. Just avoid this place as there are tons of similar offers in La condesa with a more appropriate service. Moreover, nobody physically present at the reception for the check in. Not so clean (hair everywhere, like on the bathroom wall). The location is great in La Condesa but the apartment is very dark, just one window giving in front of buildings.

Located in a lovely, quiet area in La Condesa. La Condesa is quiet, great for tourists, and walking distance to Roma Norte. We actually walked to El Centro, which is over one hour's walk, but Uber is a also great option that will get you anywhere in town.The building itself has 24-hour security, and the guard greeted us every time with a smile and a friendly hello. When we arrived, we were greeted by an attendant who showed us our suite and sent us links to the grocery store and a taqueria, at our request. We enjoyed the apartment (deluxe suite 404, for a six-night stay). Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics, and just about everything we needed. (A paring knife and pepper would have been nice.) The suite was stocked with extra paper towels and a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper. Note that the kitchen is hooked up to cold water only, so we'd get hot water from the bathroom to wash the dishes. There is plenty of hot water for the shower. The balcony was wonderful. There is a top floor common room, which looked cozy, and also a small fitness room (which we didn't use) that had a couple of treadmills and a stationary bike. We initially thought maid service would happen every day, but that wasn't the case, which we were fine with. You can request new towels at the front desk and they will promptly be delivered to your suite. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Mexico City.

There was no recepcion when I arrived and in fact I never saw anybody in 3 days. Photos completelt did not correspont to what was listed on the website. In the booking it said loft with the kitchen, although it was only a small window which went into the inner corridor and it was always dark and humid in the room. No kitchen either. Dispite many attemts to contact Hotels.com, no help from either them or the owner. Would never recommend.

The room is like an apartment with a open concept dining room, living room, kitchenette. Bedroom has plenty of storage space and an inviting patio. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it especially the price. Great area to walk any time of day.

The doormen are amazing and helpful. We didn't really interact with any other staff. Loved the location and size of our room. My only criticism is they could improve a bit on supplying more basic amenities for the rooms (towels, toilet paper, etc) and it might be time to shampoo the carpets. The room was fine, but the check in experience was not great. I had reached out several times in advance because I had not received the "promised" check in instructions in advance. Finally, I received a note assuring me that I would be greeted by someone - I was not. When I called the person, she had no idea she as supposed to be there. There were no instructions and no info - until i called and asked for the wifi details and anything else I needed to know. It was a poor communication and follow-through.

Excelente lugar, ideal tanto para vacacionar como para una estancia corta. La ubicación es muy céntrica, con muchos negocios cerca y a buena distancia de Paseo de la Reforma y Chapultepec. La propiedad y la habitación estuvieron impecables: limpias, cómodas y con muy buenos servicios. Didier fue un anfitrión EXCELENTE: profesional, cálido y siempre atento. Aunque no hay estacionamiento en la propiedad, encontré lugar fácilmente en la misma calle, sin parquímetro y en una zona que se siente segura. El detalle del agua caliente que mencionan otras reseñas es cierto, pero tampoco es algo que no se pueda arreglar tras un rato de estar calibrando. El área común del quinto piso es un gran plus: amplia, bonita y con excelente vista. Además, tiene un muy sencillo gimnasio que saca del apuro. Recomiendo ampliamente esta propiedad. Me he hospedado en muchos lugares, pero este sin duda queda entre mis favoritos.
