I left the hotel room after an hour. The amount of bugs on the walls and in/under the bed was shocking. If Hotels.com does not refund my money I will contest credit card charge. They should be ashamed allowing this place to advertise on this site. WOW!!

Cayuga Inn at the Finger Lakes not how it appears

Very expensive for the poor condition of hotel. Rust and mold in room and bathroom. Lock broken on door. Comfortable bed, roomy. Didn’t have breakfast— two chairs in lobby and meager offering of food. Gentleman at front desk very responsive to have repair man fix TV twice; shower faucet not labeled, trouble getting hot water.

It was absolutely gross. Dirty dirty dirty. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Window wide open when we got to the room. Not even a blanket in the room. When went down and got towels and blankets they had holes in them. Top sheet for bottom and top. Nothing to get ice in. Not even a glass to rinse mouth after brushing our teeth. Pretty sure that the homeless are staying there. Looked like blood and urine on the wall. We asked for our money back and was told because we booked through here and not directly the hotel they would not give me the money back. Hopefully I didn’t catch anything from there. Didn’t expect a palace but The room was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!! PROMOTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH THIS SITE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! IWANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN SOME!!!!

The property was an older Days Inn, was clean and staff was friendly. I did have a problem with the shower dripping and brought that to their attention, which they will rectify after my stay (plumbing problem). Breakfast was non existent. The location was great for what we were doing.

Unacceptable Will Never, Ever Go Back.

We had to leave this hotel, and the owner wouldn't give us a refund, but that's okay. Seems like he needs it more than me. He needs to fix that hotel. Inn needs to be torn down, it's not livable.Hotel is very dirty filthy. Smell like cat-and-dog pee, doesn't look like pictures which is online. This seems to be a place for people who need assistance DSS or the homeless, or someone who was just released from prison. I would never, ever recommend anyone to stay at this Inn.

Par ma faute j’ai pas eu le temps de regarder le rating due au fait qu’il était tard et cell sur le bord de mourir. Personne au comptoir était pratiquement incompréhensible en anglais mon second langage. J’avais déjà payer la chambre sur expédia mais il m’a chargé 62$ us de plus que je me suis plein et fut remboursé. Les photos sur expédia sont fausse. Tapis extrêmement sale plein de tache chien à uriner dans l’entrée fenêtres salles odeur déplaisante. Beaucoup de résidents questionnable. Toutes les portes extérieur recouverte de planche de pliwood. Manquait une serviette toilette qui flush mal une brûlure de cigarette sur la couverture si on peut appeler ça une couverture avec mouche dans lit. J’ai contacté expédia pour me faire rembourser ça reste à voir. J’ai quitté l’endroit et le propriétaire m’a dit d’aller au Hampton inn payer 200$ mais j’ai trouvé une place pour même prix à 800 mètres de l’endroit qui fut mille fois mieux. Sérieusement expédia ne devrait même pas l’afficher sur sont site. Ça fait 10 hôtel de suite que je book via expédia et c’est le seul qui m’a vraiment déplu et je ne suis pas une princesse. En plus d’être partie j’ai perdu une bonne heure avec expédia expliquer la situation Internet ne fonctionnait même pas ça disait connecter mais aucun accès au réseau. Bref sauvez vous le trouble et réserver ailleurs et j’espère expédia l’enlève de sont site.

My stay was horrible. I was called by property owner several times while at work until 11pm... showed up and he was polite. Smoke smells in the lobby, then a key and to my room... strong Marijuana smell in the hall and there was my roo.... yikes, dark, dirty, broken window, rusty fixtures... spiders inside. I couldn't stay 2 nights. I just slept and left and will not be back. Highly recommend against the hotel.
