Atendimento, bom porém sobre o quarto sem janela e com cheiro de mofo , café da manhã tinha que esperar a preparação dos alimentos .

a temperatura do local eram de 6 a 12 graus, assim que chegamos fomos informados que para tomar banho era necessário deixar “encher o chuveiro na posição fria e depois de alguns minutos colocar na posição quente”. O café da manhã é das 07 às 09h com poucas opções e dependendo do horário que chega só tem restos sem reposição. Houve um dia com muita chuva e teve goteira no quarto. A janela estava tão enferrujada e dura que não fechava. O Wi-Fi estava com problemas. Apenas uma camareira. Colchão e travesseiro desconfortável. Todos os atendentes sem exceção muito receptivos, atenciosos e rápidos nas respostas.

Pontos positivos: Equipe muito atenciosa, boa localização, quarto limpinho e bem espaçoso, café da manhã satisfatório. Negativos: horário do check in tarde e não tem como entrar antes, eles não possuem maleiro, não ficam com nenhum tipo de bagagem pra que vc possa sair, ou seja, tem que ficar com suas malas esperando liberar o quarto caso chegue cedo. O chuveiro joga água pra todo lado, o que faz ficar fraco. Não achei a cama e os travesseiros confortáveis.
