Hotels.com and Marriott not in sync
Horrible. Check in did not show I had two rooms. Finally figured it out as the local system had two different reservations while hotels .com where I booked was one reservation for two rooms. System ran multiple pending for incidentals. The rooms were prepaid through hotels.com but one room was showing prepaid the other was being charged pending against my credit card. After no resolution at chec
In and later that night I was asked to see the manager the next day. The next day after much discussion and a call by the manager to hotels.com I was assured there would be no charges to my card as the charges were in fact prepaid I will monitor my CC to be sure and I will never use hotels.com again.
