Francisco and Marcos were very helpful! It was my first time in the area and they made us feel at home. There is a lot within walking distance and even a 24 hour supermarket across the street. Rooms were very clean and comfortable for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

I liked that the property was safe. The Uber pickups and drop offs were a bit confusing. It's not a major hotel, so the Uber drivers had a hard time finding us. They were always across the street at the Calimax parking lot. Other than that we world find our ride. I do wish they had a pool.

None of the supposed services were provided. There was a bottle of wine in the room but no glasses. There was no gym, spa and the bar never had anyone servicing it. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and the pillow cases and towels were dirty even though they supposedly cleaned the room.

I liked how close the property was to everything, the hotel itself was super clean and well kept. The lights went out in the city during our stay there but the lights and water still worked well in the building. A staff there i believe his name was Marco, was very helpful and kind. I did notice that some of the other staff though were rude and unwelcoming, it was mainely the female staff. Other than that, we really liked our stay here and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in San Juan.

I had to give this hotel a 5-star rating because it was not only cozy and clean but also conveniently located with everything nearby. Marco was incredibly kind to both me and my wife, and we appreciated the added touch of having beach towels provided. The entire staff was friendly, and we will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this place!

I was originally told that my whole fee would be returned back to my card within 24 hours of manually processing it after check out. It is now two weeks later, and I am currently disputing this issue with my bank after being told that the money was processed as refunded by the business. They also seem to have a history with other people having the same issue with not receiving their hold fees returned. The staff itself was very kind and informative, but unfortunately, overall the service fails because of the hold fee processing. Sidenote I set the AC to 74 to 72° during my stay and constantly had issues with the AC dripping onto my head during my sleep and the beds headboard.

This was the first time I traveled alone with my children and I was super anxious about it. However from the minute we stepped on the property, staff were super friendly, sweet and reassuring. The room was spacious, had a huge flat screen TV, and the bathroom was gorgeous! There is a 24/7 Supermarket right across the street which is convenient. Breakfast is provided every morning. One morning they were low on eggs and they did not hesitate to make a fresh batch for us. I would more than likely stay there again when visiting the island.

Staff was great. Great that it was near shopping center and many food places to eat and was in walking distance. Did not care that no iron and ironing board in the room. Did not care that not much spaces for this being called a hotel or more bathrooms to use other than going back up to room and if there was, it was never mentioned that one was available.Other than that we adapted.

Check in was easy. The room was spotless. The only issue was the bathroom. I wish there was an area to store shower supplies. No coffee table. Staff was great. Parking was $25/night and it was full 2/3 nights we stayed. Had to park by the service entrance. Was also automatically charged for parking, I was planning to utilize street parking on some nights.
