The good: The property was extremely clean. The rooms were nice and well appointed in the kitchen. There is grocery store and some fast food near. There is also free coffee and tea in the lobby along with a clean laundry room.
The bad: It’s not bad, just weird. The front desk was staffed only sporadically. I had to call on the help phone a couple of times to get someone. We needed toilet paper on our second day: there wasn’t any extra in the room.
The ugly: The wood floors in the rooms are lovely, but when people don’t have any thought to people below them, those floors are LOUD. There were people (well, I think kids) running throughout the rooms above us. They were dropping things and moving furniture around at 11 PM. I know; I know. That’s not so late, but I had to get up early the next day. I didn’t call the front desk because I didn’t have absolute proof of who it was, and with the US being so scary lately, I didn’t want anything blowing back on my daughter or me.
