Fantastisk opphold. Ligger rett ut mot havet, bading nedenfor Borgen. Masse restauranter i gåavstand fra hotellet. Privat parkering, kostet litt, men alt koster. Bra frokost, rommet fantastisk med en smal veranda vent mot havet, nydelig. Smilende personalet og hjelpsomme .

Excelente experiencia. La ubicación es perfecta para estar cerca de todos los atractivos y no en el bullicio del micro centro. Vistas al mar. Desayuno buffet variado y delicioso, en un ambiente adecuado (musica suave, climatización, vistas al mar). La atención de todo el personal es óptima, destacó dos: SUSANA en el desayuno (amable, cordial, solicita) y Solindú en recepción (atento, simpático, colaborativo). Habitación bien equipada, ducha con hidromasaje, cama muy cómoda. El único punto de insatisfacción es que permanece cerrada el área de spa, y ello no está comunicado con claridad en la página de Hoteles.com. Cuando lo informe y solicite alguna atención o resarcimiento de cualquier tipo por parte del hotel me respondieron que no la ofrecen. Recomiendo el hotel y volvería.

trop cher pour le service

l'hotel est bien situé pour faire la zone piétonne à pied, cependant nous avons été déçu sur les points suivants la chambre était petite en rapport avec le prix, pas d'eau offert à l'arrivée comme dans tous les autres hotel de sicile, totu est payant dans le mini bar. Le service n'était pas non plus au rv nous avons demandé un deuxième pose valise mais on nous a répondu sèchement que c'est 1 par chambre. concernant le parking c'est 25 € par jour payable en espèce obligatoirement ? et on n'a droit de faire sortir la voiture 1 fois / jour sinon c'est 5 €

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine. Malheureusement, tout l'espace spa et piscine est en travaux. Déception à la réception... Par contre, le personnel est très sympathique, souriant et serviable, ça , c'est top ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner, avec vue sur la mer, est très bien !

The good: The staff is EXTREMELY helpful! They communicated very clearly through Expedia how parking worked, and that we needed a reservation with a garage 100m away. We also needed to register our car license plate with the city, as the hotel is in a controlled traffic area. The hotel managed the city registration and parking registration for us! Also, directions to the parking garage were perfect. Parking and driving in Ortigia can be challenging, but it's not nearly as difficult as in central Palermo, for example. The property is an older hotel with "classical" decor, but it's in really good shape. It's very close to the water in the Ortigia area of Syracusa, which is an historic, walkable area. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and equivalent in style to other hotels in Sicily. The bad: Not really bad, but weird? The staff brought up an oscillating fan with a misting feature to help cool the room. It seemed the hotel (and room) had central air, but I guess they don't turn on central air in April? Maybe they wait until summer. Anyway, the room got hot during the day, even with the fan, but we opened the windows at night and let the cool air in. Also, we asked for restaurant recommendations nearby, and it seems the staff doesn't eat out nearby that much. They did point us to one street and marked a few spots on a map, but couldn't remember the names. We did find an excellent restaurant (Scuola Alimentare) and wine bar (Evoe).
