Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Der var et godt udvalg til morgenmaden og vi havde den skønneste udsigt fra vores værelse. Alt var rent og pænt og det fungerede rigtig godt med to etager med vores teenagere.

Beautiful property. It just opened I suspect next year prices will more than double. Food at bar was only mediocre part, rest was just wonerdful

Beautiful new hotel/resort. Service was wonderful. The location is amazing. Most beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk. Food in restaurant was top notch.

The whole experience was excellent. The room was wonderful, the service was impeccable and the ambience of the whole hotel was lovely. Afternoon happy hour on aperol spritz would have been perfect (sort of a joke).

Beautiful brand new property. You can tell they spared no expense on design. Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool, overall beautiful property. Breakfast was excellent, many options Cons: beach is a bit of a walk along a dirt road, beach chairs are quite far from the water. Not enough mirrors in the room. Only one small mirror in the bathroom over the sink

6/10 不错

The hotel is very beautiful and charming, but unfortunately, the hospitality was quite disappointing. From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. Housekeeping was also below standard—the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the linens weren’t changed every two days as stated in their policy. Mornings felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing unhappy and not even offering a simple “hello” or “good morning.” There’s a strange, tense atmosphere that’s hard to ignore. It’s a pity, because the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. However, the staff all seemed stressed or sad, which took away from the overall experience.

4/10 一般

Hotel looks beautiful but many of the amenities are unusable. Do not book the suite with pool as the pool doesn’t have sun and room is very small. Overall wished I would have stayed somewhere else given the price.

Beautiful hotel, in a lovely quiet part of Naxos. Our private pool was perfect set within a lovely courtyard. The hotel restaurant was lovely and breakfast had everything you need. The staff are 10/10 and we can't wait to return. The area is quiet and if you want to travel around Naxos you will need a car, buses stop not too far away and the Gyros place by the beach (7min walk) is brilliant.
