I go to Niagara Falls on a regular basis. This is where I always stay… Rooms are clean and they are fixing up some of the units that require renovation. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pool is clean. It is super close to the OLG and casino… The price is reasonable and hoping to plan my next trip soon…Brenda

Hotel staff were so welcoming and even joked around with us! Anything we needed we were quickly accommodated and with friendliness. Our room was just the right size, nice and cool, and so close to the Casino, Skylon, many restaurants, and a short walk down to the beautiful falls. Clifton Hill is not a far walk either. Tim Hortons is literally next door too! Needed for some us coffee drinkers lol Definitely will be coming back. Thank you for the hospitality from Rooms 25&26 😊

The room was fine( give 2 out 5 ) but the seat and floor was very dirty we had to wash it or selve and still dirty after cleaning it whit alcohol , and an other surprise we had extra fees for the parking even if we were staying there so 15 $ for each night so plus our room for two night very very desapointed .

The place is good for its hygiene, the room and the washroom is clean and proper, the staff is friendly and polite, the place is calm and save , the parking is save, the location is excellent. Also the price is reasonable
