Otonomus!

This is a very new property and well managed. Our stay was nearly flawless. Since the property is new, there are the smallest of bugs to work out technically. That aside, our stay was wonderful. The back end staff, housekeeping, facilities, and Front desk staff and management we're top notch and aimed high for it! Thank you for the stay and we will be back! 🙏

My stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The unit was spacious, spotless, and everything looked brand new. It was very convenient, especially with the super easy self check-in process. I didn’t need to interact with anyone during my stay, which I appreciated, but every staff member I came across had a friendly face and a warm smile. Highly recommended!

Too busy making it fancy to remember the amenities

Super cool room overall. It's modern and comfortable and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and roomy. For as fancy as this place is, I'm pretty surprised by the lack of amenities. They only provide 2 coffee pods in the room, and when you've used those you're expected to buy more from the store by the lobby, but they didn't even have any more coffee stocked. They were out of sugar and creamer, too. So, we couldn't buyt more even though we wanted to. Also, the in-app digital phone key is a fun idea in theory, but in practice it is super inconvenient and annoying to use. I ended up asking for a physical key after getting fed up with the phone key.

When you first arrive the hotel seems amazing. It is brand new! It is odd that so few rooms seem ready for occupants. The check in process was not smooth due to technology issues. It was strangely easy to hear neighboring rooms, like as if they were in your own apartment.

Got a great deal on a massive suite but the hotel was still lacking all the desired amenities , like pool, fitness center, restaurant or convenience store. It was basically a nice, minimally furnished apartment at the time of my stay. If they get everything up and running this could be a fantastic stay but it was deceptive to take my booking without first disclosing these huge deficiencies.

Nice apartments

We were on a family holiday and had a stop in Las Vegas. A quiet place away from the strip was ok because none of the children are 21. The best shower I’ve had since I came to the US. Hi tech and well equipped apartment. I could easily stay there for a longer period. The pool are was not finished and that made a longer walk. That might be the only downside to our stay. I wish there would be a laundry at the facilities for longer stays.

The property is still in its "new" phase and I'm sure ironing out the kinks. The beds were our biggest gripe. Unfortunately they were very firm. I saw their response to a review that they are ordering new mattress toppers for their beds so hopefully that will help. But the actual bed frame was SO squeaky, it kept us up all night if we had any movement. We ended up checking out a day early because of it. Once things get adjusted I think it'll be a great place.

I traveled with my kids and their service pet. I notified the front desk that we had a service pet with credentials. They still charged me $100 holding fee. We were on the lower room which was convenient however the hotels dumpster service for their trash happen to be right out by my room so when they decided to come around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. it woke me out of dead sleep and then it was the hardest part going back to sleep. I felt it's a very poor location for their dumpster. I have a large family and I had gone to the front desk about 6:00 a.m. the morning of my departure I needed just two more towels so me and my youngest could take a shower before we left but housekeeping does not get in until 8:00 a.m. so therefore I did not get my towels or my shower. No hot tub No room service. I felt it was quite challenging with digital room keys and managing apps. Some people might like that it's not for everyone.

Cons & Pros Bad experience, but clean hotel

Cons,Had a few problems at check in, staff wasn't right on location or what was in the room, i was told i would be getting a room with balcony the room didn't a have balcony, wasn't cleaned properly there was half drunk waters in fridge , restroom was locked also had wine lids on floor my 2 year old picked up, needed a balcony so was moved to another room and it still didn't have a balcony! Im Claustrophobic and felt trapped Was told was told i would be moved to another room in the morning but them was told no couldn't be, had issues with room to qr code on kee app on phone had to walk all the way back to front because i could not open the door, not a short walk actually pretty long from room, couldn't get key cards at check in because system was to slow they claimed. Could hear everything from neighbors as walls are thin, beds are hard. Were still working on hotel so had items all in parking lot for construction , could not use elevator close to room due to construction had to walk to other side Pros.Floors in new room was clean, loved the fill kitchen and 2 separate rooms, very very clean and comfortable environment , my kids loved the pools not too crowded, had stove , microwave ,dishes, dishwasher.

Stayed on day 28 of opening

We arrived late and it wasn’t much of an issue. The hotel staff was happy to assist and quickly help us get checked in. We did have our daughter and her service dog with us, we called ahead to let the hotel know as a courtesy. Unfortunately after we were Checked in issues began, it seemed like the issue was his size, my daughter felt uncomfortable at the property because the staff wouldn’t stop staring at her we lead us to check out early. Unfortunately I can’t recommend the hotel to someone with a service animal due to stay on property. The hotel needs to retrain the staff on ADA regulations to avoid having someone else feel like we did. Room description: The room is great! We had a 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a kitchen and living space. It was beautiful and clean and large. Very apartment like. The property is large! It was a long walk to our room, There is a Tesla charger in the parking lot with us great! The pool on site was great and had a lovely covered space for lounging. No restaurant on site when we were there but there was a bar.

I appreciated that the property was close to the Strip but far enough away to avoid the chaos. Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member, Aaron (evening shift), was disappointing. He was rude to my family and required my 70+ year-old mother—who walks with a cane—to walk a greater distance to reach our room. She was already halfway to our room and he made her go all the way around instead of escorting her or just allowing her to just cut across the pool area. This is how we were told to get to our room initially by the person (Michael) who checked us in. Additionally, he acted unprofessionally by scolding a couple staff members in front of us for a mistake that was his own. This interaction left a negative impression and makes us hesitant to return. I had chosen this property based on reviews highlighting friendly staff, but this encounter left me with a very different experience.

We were mislead about virtually every amenity. Property was still under heavy construction and also wasn't ADA compliant which caused my mom to be stuck in the room for the duration of our stay. Only one virtual key worked for four a group of 4. We were given a late check out time of 2pm but housekeeping entered at 10:45. From the check in until the forced check out it was a nightmare. My daughter's birthday and first time in Vegas was ruined. I will be filling a claim for lack of ADA accessibility issues and injury caused by poorly installed fixtures. The lack of communication coupled with the way Joyce treated us at check made this situation significantly worse.
