Two serious problems with an otherwise nice hotel. First, I checked in late in the evening after having been working outside all day. Grabbed diner then jumped in the shower at 10:00 pm only to find there was no soap, in the shower or the bathroom. Dripping water, I called the front desk only to be told they had run out of soap. When I asked what I was supposed to do, her suggestion was to drive down the street to the grocery store and buy some. The second issue is that WiFi is free but for only one device per room, so don't bring anyone else with you and don't bring a laptop and a phone or you will be paying extra. If you like bad customer service and ridiculous fees, this is the place for you.

Newer, clean hotel

This property has only been open for about 3 months according to the front desk staff, so everything is new and clean. It is an extended stay hotel so they do not offer breakfast but do have a little market to purchase items from. They are also located directly across from a super market so items can be purchased there too. The only drawback is that it is not very sound proof. We contantly heard the people above us and every time a door shut it was with a big thud. This could be due to the fact that the floors in the rooms are not carpeted which helps deaden these sounds.

Good place to stay. Friendly staff. Nice kitchen area. Free coffee in the morning. Good grocery store across the street with deli and bakery. Just a few minutes to downtown. Would stay here again.

Dirty despite being new

After entering the room it was apparent that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floors had crumbs all over them and they were sticky. The table that pulled out beneath the TV also had crumbs all over it. They provide dishes and utensils but no dish soap. The excuse for everything is that it is an extended stay facility and is utilized as an apartment would be. I found it unnerving that there was not any dish soap to wash the dishes how do they know someone isn’t just rinsing them and putting them back on the self? I’ve stayed in extended stay facilities before and had much cleaner environment and they included a small bottle of dish soap for the dishes. They did give me a dishwasher pod after I went down and complained that nothing was provided. I also overheard a male house keeper asking if one of the beds in another room should be stripped because it”was perfect” and not used the other staff asked if the room had been occupied and when the housekeeper replied yes, the staff instructed to go ahead and strip the bed… from how our room looked when we arrived this made me uncomfortable that things are not being cleaned appropriately.

We had a great;stay-room was clean and comfortable and new! It had a full sized refrigerator, and kitchenette. It was a convenient location too.
