Staff were friendly and responded to questions via the text feature within a reasonable time. Hotel was over all clean, but we noticed luggage tags in the closet from the previous guest, the kitchen sink and bathroom sink never dispensed hot water; however, the shower did, which was most important. Kitchen and fridge were very clean.The location was pretty great too, would reconsider staying again, but maybe not on the first floor (could hear walking/stomping throughout).
