Good locaton, not very quiet~

The hotel is located near supermarket, laundry and bus station. quiet convenient~ we reserved one double room isn't included toilette and bathroom, but just near toilette. It's a little noisy when someone walks in corridor and closes their door of room. We stayed here 5 nights. It's our experience here.

Struttura carina in una posizione comoda al centro e ai mezzi, la zona la notte è sicura e le stanze sono confortevoli. Unico difetto è la presenza di un solo bagno per donne per piano. Ci è stato permesso di lasciare in anticipo le valige all'hotel per poi tornare alle 14 per fare il check in.

Lite trist med toalett och dusch i korridoren, men man får ju vad man betalar för även om priset var lite högt med tanke på standarden. Däremot var det rent och lugnt. Sängarna var riktigt sköna.

Im Gemeinschaftsbad fehlte zeitweise die Möglichkeit Hände abzutrocknen. Seife gab es nur bei einem von 3 Waschbecken. Männer hatten ein eigenes WC, das 2te Gemeinschafts WC war auch für Männer benutzbar. Entsprechend sah es manchmal aus. Fenster ließen sich nicht vollständig öffnen, was an Hitzetagen zu wenig ist. Ich war 4 Nächte dort. Zimmerreinigung fand nicht statt.

I stronglu recomment for everybody not to reserve thos hotel. Thos hotel cannot meet any purpose of certain type of journey. I am strongly convinced that this spot never be hotel, and , I think, it is the worst choice for anybody to be accomodated here. It is first time for me to experience such extremely bad hotel for my whole life

Great place for the price

I thought it was a great place for the price, nothing to complain about. The bed was much better than I thought and the lady in the reception was so nice! Had some questions before regarding the late check in and they always replayed within a couple of hours and the check in online was really easy. Would have been nice with a bench or some chairs outside

Very good stay you get what you pay for definitely. Slight negative is it’s quite far from the main parts of Berlin but there’s there’s tram stops literally a 3 minute walk which can take you into alexzanderplatz which you can pretty much get to anywhere in Berlin from so overall would recommend!

This is a budget friendly option for guests who prefer more privacy than a hostel, but it is not as quiet nor convenient as a hotel. The walls and floorboards are thin, so you can hear the other rooms and showers (which are separate from the room). Definitely bring earplugs if you would like a good night’s rest. The location was not the best, the transit options are a 10 min walk, but the transit (tram) are quite unreliable and slow. I would choose an accommodation near the metro next time. Also, there is not much around the hotel, which I suppose is reflected in the price. On the positive, the staff and cleanliness are very good, and the neighborhood itself is quiet.
