We had a large, well appointed room with comfortable beds, a kitchenette area, and a great shower. The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of Eat Street and other restaurants. The staff is fantastic. I wish we had taken advantage of the indoor pool and the restaurant but we were still jet lagged. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rotorua.
