It was super spacious for our party of 9. Few stains on the sheets and furniture was broken but I can’t blame the owner. The previous guests don’t know how to respect others property. Communication: Cindy was very quick to respond which was amazing just not sure if she was having a bad day but the attitude was not my favorite. But I can’t just base my review on an attitude. Parking spaces are pretty tight. Absolutely loved how close to the beach it was located. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was in walking distance to almost everything you needed. Had a few minor issues with property but still rates a 5 star. The host Cindy was exceptional and answered every call and took care of every issue. This will be me and my family home away from home. 💕

Parking was fine but definitely tight. Convenient to the boardwalk. I feel like I got catfished on a hotel room. The pictures in the site do not match the property at all. AC didnt seem to work on 1st and 2nd floor. Couches and furniture are absolutely disgusting. Back was ripped off one cushion on the couch. Stains everywhere. The one chair had a broke leg, no screw to hold the leg in place, just sitting under the corner of the chair. Kitchen was barely stocked. Only had 1 fork so good thing we brought plastic utensils. Floor is coming up in certain places. Definitely a tripped hazard for small children. Was listed as having a sofa bed. It did not. Carpets are stained. Son went to open closet door and it came off the track, my husband fixed that. Door knob was partially broke to the master. None of the exhaust fans work in the 2nd and 3rd floor bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub jets do not work. Didnt have enough towels for the amount of people we booked for, again, good thing we brought extra. I am sure there are more things but I am running out of room to finish. Overall a very very poor experience. The pics on the site weren't even for the house we were staying in. Completely different floor, furniture. There are 2 units so maybe post the proper pics for each unit.

It was a very nice place for our stay during the May Cruisin' event. It was very clean! They provide dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, bath towels, washcloths, extra pillows, extra blankets, WiFi, an iron, & keypad entry access. There are 3 levels, level 2 & 3 both have a balcony. The walk to the beach/boardwalk is about 2 minutes. The parking lot located under the condo does not have space for a trailer so keep that in mind if you need trailer parking, but plenty of space for your cars. I would most definitely stay here again.

Terrible cleanliness

The townhouse needs a lot of attention. Furniture was filthy. We sat on blankets and towels. Tub on 2nd floor barely drains. Water builds as you shower. Carpeting was extremely dirty. We wore shoes all day while inside. Walls have grime and greasy hand prints all over from first floor to 3rd floor. Toilet seat is completely broken on 2nd floor. Garage disposal seems to be clogged. It was overall poor conditions.
