Dirty, poorly renovated and staff just doesnt care

When checked into our room there were small pieces of hair all over sink and toilet had feces stains. I took pictures and went to front desk, the front desk person was very non-chalant and put us in another room. The rooms seem to be renovated very poorly, the second bed in our room made so much noise we felt it was going to break. The shower had a major leak problem that flooded the entire bathroom floor. I reported the issue to management and they stated someone would come into room and fix it. When we arrived back in our room to our surprise the issue remained at this point we didnt care to complain becaue we were checking out the next morning. Unfortunately this experience was so awful that I will never stay at this hotel again and make sure to share that with all my friends.

Dirty, tired rooms with wheezing ac failing blackout curtins and leaking plumbing. The linens left me cleaner before my shower. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Lots of permenant hurricane refugees.

Don't...just don't! Stay somewhere else!

This facility was dirty and terrible. The bathroom door didn't close. The smoke detector didn't have a battery cover on it nor a battery in it and it was sitting on the bathroom counter. I had to go to the front desk three different times to get this resolved. The staff was mediocre. I mean who sends a battery with the guest so she can put the smoke detector back together?? I was not impressed with anything involved with my stay.

The front desk woman was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Would not take my payment would not listen to me. I stayed calm thank God and the manager came and allowed me to pay (extremely expensive for one day) but allowed me to pay

Not worth what we paid. Very outdated

Needed a place to sleep for our drive back home. For what we paid I was disappointed. Property is very old and everything is low quality. The remote control to our television had the batteries taped in and wouldn’t turn the tv on. I called the front desk and they told me to come get new batteries and if it didn’t work there was nothing he could do and would t switch our room. When your tired and just want to relax w husband and two kids, tv helps a lot! If there’s no tv you’re just sitting in a room with nothing to do but stare at the walls. We received TWO bath towels and two washcloths for four people. Not impressed.

The hotel towels were dirty and red, the floor was sticky for some reason, it smelled like smoke the minute we walked in, and the tv did not work. There were knats flying everywhere. Honestly I was scared to spend the night there.

Stains and smells, not worth the $100 per night.

Asked for smoke free and when checking in the room was very Smokey, to the point the smoke alarm was still beeping. We asked to change rooms and the front desk lady said “no, we will spray it and change the smoke detector battery”. They did, it didn’t help at all, so we complained again. After complaining again, they said “all rooms smell like smoke”. Stains on beds, floors, and walls.

Close to baseball field, nice pool

Beds were a little uncomfortable, had to ask twice for extra towels, door had remnants of tape around the frame which I assume was to try to block the heat from coming in through the large gaps. Air conditioner was set to 64° but felt closer to 75°. Pool was nice and we were in walking distance to the baseball field which is why we chose to stay
