The hotel is under renovation and you can tell. Call to check before booking. Overall stay was solid.

If I could give 20 stars I would!! Everything was clean! Staff was exceptional!! Front desk attendant Micheal was amazing and made our stay extra perfect!! We will staying here everytime.

Had to wait 10 minutes before someone finally came to the front desk. There was workers all over the place. It wasn’t labeled that it was under construction. They put us on the third floor. The beds were horrible. The room was horrible out of soap out of out of Kleenex they were working on putting in carpet in the hallways and you couldn’t work the air conditioner or heater because you have to do it on the television with the on the television with the remote control and you need a college course on how to do that. The worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at and I recommend it a real F.

Remodel Construction on the floor I was on. Noise until 5:30 pm. Halls not painted or trimmed out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was being renovated, but did not tell Expedia or Hilton. Charged full price for the rooms, and tried to put us on a floor which still had exposed drywall in the hall. Elevator was out of order on the next morning. Employee argued with me when I checked in. Bad experience all around.

Only two complaints. At check in, the clerk cancelled our Orbitz reservation and then tried to check us into a room for $165 rather than our $100 prepaid rate. She was adamant and wouldn't contact a manager (claiming no one was available until the next morning) until I advised I was an attorney what she was doing was unlawful. She finally called a manager who showed up 15 minutes later and honored our Orbitz reservation.
Also, the peloton bike could not be used because it was not connected to the WiFi. The front desk clerk (different person than the night before) had no interest in trying to get it connected. We booked this hotel instead of two nearby hotels of similar quality because the pictures of the gym showed it had a peloton.
