The hotel was great. Front desk was nice and fast. The pool was clean and my daughter loved cooling off after a day of Hershey. It was only about 10 minutes from Hershey. Room was clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was good with a good variety of eggs, cereal, potatoes, muffins, turkey sausage and fruit. We had a great time and will definitely stay again next time we go to Hershey

Front desk was so nice ,he let us check in early. Con : had cubbies no dresser or closet. Bed comfortable. We did see two centipeds one in shower and one crawiling on wall. But other than that very clean and quite. No microwave in room but can use one in lobby. Breakfast area is nice but they can mix it up stayed two days and they had same. Eggs , potatoes, crumbled bacon. But overall price we paid for our stay was no disappointing. Close to Hersheypark also which was nice and convenient.

The room almost seemed unfinished, the shower head wasn’t fully enclosed in the wall, shower door was installed improperly so couldn’t close all the way. Also little bit of trash left in room before we got there

Hotel was either brand new or recently renovated. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor and unfortunately the guest right above us were up all night and so we could hear them walking all night long. Reached out to the front desk to ask for a room on the highest floor and they were able to relocate us which we appreciated it. Breakfast can be much better but overall very good and reasonable price.

Brand new, great mattress and pillows. Vik, at the reception, answered all of my questions, was able to visit a room, not many people I was hesitating. Being part of the IHG group, very clean is a high priority. Breakfast, eggs, bacon, tater tots (potatoes), cereals, muffins, bagels, english muffins, cream cheese, yogourt... and clean tables.... what more can you ask for, great stay.

It was very clean but our room the door didn’t lock and we had to switch rooms. Then their internet didn’t work and we didn’t have access to cast to the tv like we were told we could. None of the apps worked on the tv as well. Also, there is a hold on my account for the deposit until May 23. But there is a lot of good for this place as it is very clean which is a great thing for a hotel.

Clean, still smells “new.” Lighting is a bit bright in the rooms, but you can control how many lamps you want to have on. Nice offerings for breakfast, orange juice not so great. Maybe offer a light roast coffee? Those are just minor things. I felt the room was comfortable, everything was clean and check in was smooth. It’s close to some nice shops in the area and not far from Hershey.

This is not one of your regular hotel chains. The building is fairly new. I did see construction fixes/patches here and there, but honestly, the place felt clean and my room was great. The price was great as well. What made this great for me is that the help desk from evening and through the morning check out was the absolute best I've ever had. Every one of the employees were friendly, approachable and genuinely very helpful! Also, breakfast was fresh and stocked, also the 24 hour fresh ground/brew coffee machines are things you don't see very often in the larger chains. Little things like this that make it good for me.
